Lee Elliot Major, our Chief Executive, delivered a presentation to school principals in Norway as part of a session on our What Makes Great Teaching report. The presentation covered the three main areas covered by the report: what defines great teaching; how to identify it; and how to improve it. The quality of teaching is the biggest school factor impacting on the progress of pupils, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
