Careers Guidance
The Education Secretary, the Rt Hon Nicky Morgan MP, has announced the formation of a new ‘careers and enterprise company‘ to help employers, schools and colleges work together to deliver good careers guidance. The Education Secretary mentioned the Sutton Trust as an organisation calling on more support for schools.

Autumn Statement
In the Autumn Statement, Chancellor George Osborne announced that the Government will consult on plans to introduce student loans for postgraduate students, a policy advocated for by the Sutton Trust. The proposal references research published by the Trust in 2013.
Fair Education Alliance
The Fair Education Alliance has published a ‘report card‘ on fair education in the UK. It references a number of Sutton Trust reports, including Baby Bonds, Improving the impact of teachers, Chain Effects, Advancing Ambitions, Extra-curricular Inequalities and our Mobility Manifesto.
