Tracey joined the Trust in March 2025 and leads on communications and public affairs activity.

She was previously deputy director of external affairs at Ambitious about Autism where she led communications and campaigns work to influence policy and improve public awareness. Prior to this Tracey has led communications teams in a number of third sector organisations and think tanks.

Tracey holds a BA Hons in French and Politics from the University of Nottingham.
